My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The location is excellent, close to the train line to Zurich, and the staff was super friendly. The rooms were exceptionally hot, which was uncomfortable, but the service from the staff was kind and helpful. The dining options included were satisfactory, and the location was suited perfectly for both work and leisure. However, the lack of air conditioning made me feel sorry for the staff working in such conditions.
I felt like I was staying in a hidden gem, with easy access to Zurich and a cozy, quiet room. The delicious dining options truly made my stay memorable, although more restaurant choices nearby would have been ideal. The helpful and kind staff added to the warmth of the experience.
